Was it the nerves of a big pressure game? Or did New Zealand just peak
too early in the tournament? Whatever it be, there is no denying that
England were up for it today. The way they put the squeeze on in the
middle overs and restricted the Kiwis to a below par score, that was
where the momentum shifted in a massive way. From being knocked out in
the first round of the ODI World Cup, to making it to the final here,
they've really come a long way. So, that's that from this one. Tomorrow
will see India taking on the West Indies at the Wankhede. But we still
have around 20 hours and 30 minutes..29 minutes..28.....Yeah, to keep it
simple - I can't wait. This is Sagar Chawla signing off on behalf of
Krishna, Pratyush Sinha, Sriram and my co-commentators Akshay Maanay,
Ramakrishnan and Pradeep. Bring on tomorrow!
